Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled, motivational, and detail-oriented leader to join our team as a Culinary Cold Prep Lead at Sullivan Family Kitchen. The ideal candidate will exhibit leadership traits and help to manage a shift.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee team production by helping to keep team members on track with their daily work and assist when needed.
- Oversee Culinary projects ensuring correct amount of items are being produced, packed and delivered.
- Handle inventory and vendor order writing responsibilities.
- Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs. and maintaining stamina throughout the shift.
- Uphold strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
Available shifts:
- AM Shift 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
- Monday – Sunday (5 workdays, Friday Night and another night off)
- Full-Time positions require open availability.
Qualifications:
- Prior Culinary/Food Production, or manufacturing experience is a prerequisite
- Prior supervisory role preferred
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.
- Previous experience in pastry preparation is preferred.
- Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance is mandatory.
- Adherence to all company policies and requirements is essential.
