What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaping Foreman position at Sullivan Lawn Service LLC?
Sullivan Lawn Service is hiring a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our growing team. Currently, this position will involve primarily solo mowing and basic landscaping tasks, but there is significant opportunity to grow into a supervisory role as we expand our crew. This position will transition to snow plowing during the winter season.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality lawn mowing and landscaping maintenance
- Operate and maintain mowing equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage daily schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Communicate effectively with clients and management
- Drive a dump truck and tow landscaping trailers safely
- Perform hedge trimming and various landscaping projects
- Snow plowing duties in winter
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years landscaping experience (previous foreman or leadership experience preferred)
- Must have a clean driver’s license
- Experience driving dump trucks and towing landscaping trailers
- Proven mowing and landscaping project experience
- Hedge trimming experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
