JOB SUMMARY
Partner with cross-practice teams to manage Affinity Group-related deliverables by establishing project teams and processes from initiation through delivery.
Affinity groups are client membership groups like communities whose values align with those of the firm and have similar interests within each group. The firm's vision for affinity groups is a place where everyone can collectively learn, contribute and be listened to as thought leaders, and where SullivanCotter can build a foundation for discovery, perspectives and innovation to create value for clients and associates. Affinity groups provide the firm a more personalized but collective forum to track client requirements and preferences, provide education and share knowledge; translate this knowledge into actions that enhance the clients' and associates' experience, firm's services and products, with potential commercialization opportunities. In all that we do, we aim to create mutually beneficial relationships between affinity members, associates and the firm.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIESMeeting and event administration
Support timely presentation development and coordination related to Annual Meetings
Partner with the Continuing Education team for credit application and approval
Prepare materials and assist with registration related to the Annual MeetingsCoordinate internal and external meetings related to Affinity GroupsAssist in planning and coordination of exclusive member webinars (both client and SullivanCotter-led), including working with speakers on presentation materials, ensuring presentations are completed and meeting established deadlinesWork with Steering Committee teams to schedule semi-annual meetings, develop meeting materials and capture meeting minutes

Supervise Community Forum posts to ensure they're within guidelinesAnalyze website activityMaintain content library
Contact list management
Manage key contact lists for Survey and Marketing purposes
Support marketing content specific to Affinity Groups
Quarterly infographic developmentMini survey communicationsMaintain Overview decks; update as neededMaintain Affinity Group marketing library
Prepare and deliver Affinity-Group invoicesConduct market research related to competitors, potential service lines, etc. and share findings accordinglyOther responsibilities deemed appropriate for this roleKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Minimum Required Qualifications
