Sulpizio Inc. a full-service commercial HVAC contractor is seeking a Service Coordinator Dispatcher to join their team.
In this role the Service Coordinator Dispatcher will coordinate and schedule field service technicians, manage customer service requests and maintain accurate records.

Service Coordinator Dispatcher Responsibilities
Professionally handle all incoming customer and technician calls, providing timely and effective solutions.
Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient logistics between customers and technicians.
Utilize field service management software (Service Trade Software) to track and document technicians daily activities and performance.
Review and manage preventative maintenance contracts, ensuring timely scheduling of annual services.
Monitor and track pending jobs, providing follow-up as necessary to ensure completion and customer satisfaction.
Collect and review technicians' timesheets, collaborating with the Bookkeeper for accurate processing.
Convert technicians work orders into accurate invoices and ensure prompt delivery to customers.
Verify, scan, and record vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
Order and manage office supplies and technician apparel as required.
Assist with the estimation and quoting process for service requests submitted by technicians.
Service Coordinator Dispatcher Requirements :
2 yrs. service coordinator / dispatch experience (within a building or mechanical trade preferred)
