Rotating Equipment Technician - Full Time - Odessa, TX

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Rotating Equipment Technician for our Services_AME team in Odessa, TX. This role involves assembling, disassembling, inspecting, and repairing pump equipment to meet customer and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble various types of pump equipment to customer, OEM, and industry specifications.
- Disassemble equipment to access, clean, and inspect components.
- Inspect and record component measurements using precision instruments and provide inspection reports.
- Investigate and determine root cause of failures.
- Select proper materials for repairs as per Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Contour impellers and pump casings to meet hydraulic requirements.
- Set up and operate dynamic balancing equipment.
- Perform final testing and inspections.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of hand tools, precision measuring, testing equipment, and machine shop equipment.
- Minimum five years of pump repair experience.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to travel to and work at customer sites.
- Ability to work overtime.
