Sum Theory is currently seeking a Solutions Consultant in Enterprise Applications for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a variety of solutions implementation projects for the Cloud Financial Performance Management Solutions within our Enterprise Applications Software practice.
- Perform all implementation planning and setup activities for the client which ensure a successful implementation of BlackLine solutions (Account Reconciliations, Matching, and Journal Entries)
- Actively participate in the execution of client engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards.
- Develop business requirements for the implementation of future state automation capabilities.
- Perform solution design, software configuration, and training onsite and virtually based on client requirements and in compliance with project scope and industry best practices.
- Contribute to product sales calls, representing SME recommendations.
- Hold weekly and biweekly meetings with department heads for project progress.
- Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our Enterprise Applications Practice methodologies and intellectual capital including publishing articles, whitepapers, or performing research in support of firm initiatives
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in technology project management, R2R software consulting and client enablement.
- Exposure to financial process automation and configuration with tools such as Trintech's Cadency, OneStream and Blackline (preferable)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or other technology discipline from an accredited college or university OR comparable industry experience.
- Exposure to Financial Data Analytics and systems consulting with preference given for industry experience as well as an understanding of relational databases, SQL and web/cloud services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels as well as ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Travel as needed
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
