Job Title: Member Services Representative (CSR or Call Center Associate)
Work Location: Milwaukee, WI
Hybrid days: Onsite 4 days a week in Milwaukee Office – Fridays are remote
The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional service to members by handling inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Member Services Representative, you will:
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and mail in a professional and timely manner.
- Process policy changes, payments, and other service requests accurately.
- Provide information on products, services, and benefits to members.
- Assist with resolving member concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Preferred if candidates have 4 years of insurance operations experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software.
- Bilingual/Spanish communication skills a plus.
