Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling print services, mail handling, administrative support, or customer service.
Experience:
- Candidates experienced with binding, tabbing, copying, scanning, and print production.
- Familiar with handling mail, scanning documents, and using office tools like Word, Excel, and PDFs.
- Experience with conference room setups, hospitality tasks (coffee setup, etc.), and front desk coverage.
- Skilled in document preparation, printing, and customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Experience:
