Job Summary:
- Need someone who has handled a receptionist role that is comfortable greeting, interacting with, and helping people all day.
- Greets the public. - Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
- Answers and transfers calls from all over the United States.
- Issues facility access cards to employees. - Schedules meeting rooms for all.
Skills:
- Looking for a candidate with previous receptionist experience.
- MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
