Job Description :
- Looking for an Integration Support Lead with more than 12 years of experience in EAI integration projects
- Good communication skills and with strong knowledge and debugging skills in IBM CP4I IIBACE Data power and MQ
- Good Experience in providing Application and Platform support for IBM EAI Platforms
- Experience in Configuration of IIBData power in Testing and Production environment
- Able to Configure IBM Control center to monitor Sterling Integrator and Connect direct agents installed on application serversERP Servers
- Good to have knowledge of Sterling Suite SFG Sterling File Gateway Sterling Integrator SI and Perimeter Server PS
- Understands multi node application architecture how to manage Support for such applications
- Setup Adapter JVMs JGroups on Multi node environment
- Perform tuning of above applications provide recommendations based on the client requirements
- Ability to own and manage system maintenance and documentation and configuration management and production implementations
- Familiar with Virtualized servers and hosted server architectures
- Industry standard communication protocols eg AS2 SFTP HTTPS FTPS LDAP and integrated authentication System and port architecture
- Should have knowledge on various testing tools such as SOAP UI RFH UTIL etc for test execution
- Good in ESQL coding mapping nodes and transformations
- Should be capable of Performance optimization
- Drive implementation and adherence to incident problem and change management early detection processes Able to review incident and problem metrics perform trend analysis
- Work with team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues track the SLAs and Timely responses for response and resolution time
- Coordination with various teams to ensure overall issue resolution
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Provide regular communication to stakeholders on service impacts planned change and risk mitigation
