Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) Business Analyst to support our organization's real estate, facility management, and workplace operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, implementing IWMS solutions, and optimizing workplace management processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Gather and analyze business requirements related to real estate, lease administration, space planning, asset management, and maintenance.
Implement, configure, and support IWMS platforms such as IBM TRIRIGA, Archibus, Planon, FM : Systems, or Accruent.
Work with stakeholders to optimize processes for space utilization, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
Provide business process modeling, workflow automation, and system customization recommendations.
Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and develop dashboards for workplace insights.
Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless system integration with other enterprise platforms (ERP, HR, Finance).
Manage change control processes, system upgrades, and documentation.
Train end users and provide ongoing system support.
Required Qualifications :
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IWMS or Facilities Management systems.
Hands-on experience with IWMS platforms such as IBM TRIRIGA, Archibus, Planon, or FM : Systems.
Strong understanding of real estate management, lease administration, space planning, and facility operations.
Experience in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Ability to work with cross-functional teams including IT, Facilities, HR, and Finance.
Strong documentation skills and ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Understanding of IWMS integrations with ERP, HR, and Finance systems.
Knowledge of IoT and Smart Building technologies for workplace optimization.
Certifications in TRIRIGA, Archibus, or similar IWMS platforms is a plus.
