Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in soldering and a strong understanding of electronic assembly processes. The Solderer will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations.
Education/Experience/Licenses etc.:
- Experience with sub-surface communication optical cable, potting, fiber optics, electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Certified IPC Specialist to IPC J-STD-001 standards preferred.
- Individual should possess strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
- Two year port-Secondary/Associates degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior realated experience, Some college in a technical discipline, Technical School Training, High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required with minimum of 6 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Ability to develop creative yet practical solutions to technical challenges.
- Demonstrates experience and ability to interpret schematic diagrams & engineering drawings.
- Willing to travel 25% of the calendar year.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
