Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Lead sales growth efforts through market analysis and customer relationship management
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of experience in outside sales and service of heat shrink tubing
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- High level of computer experience, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrate professionalism, ethics, and integrity consistent with the company's policies and applicable laws
- The ability and availability to travel extensively locally, nationally, and internationally
