Performs functions to facilitate patient care and effective operation for the Center for Emergency Services. Telephones, communicates, copies, delivers to other departments, as necessary.
Minimum Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum Work Experience:
Secretarial experience desirable.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Population-Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.
- Demonstrates knowledge of safety procedures
- Recognizes need for and utilizes infection control principles
