Summary:
Summa's Pride Clinic is looking for someone who is passionate about caring for the LGBTQ community. This candidate will join a team of compassionate individuals who help to create a welcoming safe space. Constitutes establishing customers who present with psychosocial needs that negatively affect the outcome of their pregnancy, with an appropriate plan for care.

Formal Education Required:
- Masters degree in Social Work with an LISW. Focus of Field Work during Masters study should be in one of the major areas listed above.
Experience and Training Required:
- Previous work in at least one of these major areas: Hospital Social Work, pregnant teens, substance abuse, mental health. Other experience can include children s services, domestic violence, and homeless shelters.
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
- Foreign language helpful. Report writing and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
Salary : $31 - $46
