Responsibilities :
- Administer, maintain, and optimize UKG Pro Workforce Management and Workday Payroll.
- Configure and customize payroll processes, workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to enhance efficiency.
- Manage security roles, system permissions, and data governance to ensure compliance and security best practices.
- Develop and implement custom scripts and automation tools to streamline payroll processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve data flow.
- Leverage APIs and system connectors to integrate UKG Pro, Workday, and third-party platforms efficiently.
- Enhance payroll system logic using SQL, Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages as needed.
- Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations for payroll-related modules in UKG and Workday.
- Partner with IT, HR, and integration vendors to ensure smooth data exchange between payroll systems and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues, test new functionalities, and implement performance optimizations.
- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics tools in UKG Pro and Workday to provide insights for payroll operations.
- Utilize Workday Report Writer, UKG BI Tools, SQL queries, or other data visualization tools to generate accurate, real-time payroll insights.
- Analyze system data for inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and propose system improvements.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and Payroll Operations teams to align system functionality with business needs.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to one direct report, ensuring alignment on system priorities and best practices.
- Act as the subject matter expert for payroll systems, supporting system users and troubleshooting complex payroll-related issues.
