Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. This position focuses exclusively on UX (not UI) for the cart and checkout experience of our eCommerce platform. If you are passionate about optimizing the digital shopping journey, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and have a strong background in eCommerce and Figma, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
- Own the UX strategy for the checkout and cart experience, ensuring a seamless and intuitive flow for customers.
- Conduct user research, task analysis, and usability testing to uncover pain points and optimize conversions.
- Develop wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and UX research reports using Figma as your primary design tool.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to align design with business and customer needs.
- Analyze user behavior, A / B test results, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvements.
- Advocate for a user-centered design approach, applying best practices in usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
