Job: Regional Business Office Manager
Location: Lancaster and Harrisburg Areas, Pennsylvania
Company Overview: Summation Financial Services is seeking a Regional Business Office Manager to oversee our clients’ nursing homes in the Lancaster and Harrisburg areas of Pennsylvania. This role involves traveling to various facilities to train and provide support in business administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate business contracts with existing and potential clients, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding services while collaborating with the marketing and sales departments.
- Ensure supplies are requested, approved, and ordered according to policy.
- Bill, monitor, and collect accounts receivable; report delinquent accounts to the Administrator and/or Director of Finance.
- Assist in planning and implementing changes to the accounting system.
- Perform all job functions required of the Accounting/Billing Assistant.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of business office and/or accounting experience required, preferably in Long-Term Care Accounts Receivable.
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance.
