What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Leader for Weekend Coverage position at Summerhill Senior Community?
As a RN/LPN Charge Nurse on our Weekend Nursing Team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families. You will be responsible for ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and services, while maintaining accurate documentation of care given.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Valid and active Georgia LPN/RN license in good standing OR an active and valid, unencumbered multistate nursing license in good standing
- Ability to meet all health requirements, including a drug screen
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required
You will work every Saturday and Sunday, with additional days available to meet your employment status needs. A $5,000 weekend shift hiring bonus will be provided, paid in equal monthly increments.

- Competitive hourly rate: $36.25-$41.25 per hour (based on experience)
- $2.00 shift differential (all shifts)
- $2.00 additional weekend shift differential
