In order to succeed as an HVAC Sales Representative, you use your strong industry-related knowledge and troubleshooting abilities to accurately diagnose equipment and clearly explain solutions to customers. Thanks to you, aware of the whole process, every step of the way.
With your personable demeanor, you easily turn visits into closed sales and exceed company expectations on closing rates and selling averages. After designing the job on-site, you relay information about the needed equipment or tools to the Manager and ensure that our installers have what they need to complete jobs efficiently. QUALIFICATIONS TO BE AN HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE
- Skillset needed to troubleshoot in-home HVAC systems and equipment
- Be an excellent communicator
- Physically capable of completing job-related tasks in crawl spaces and attics (as needed)
- The flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation
