The Internal Operations Assistant is responsible for :
- Communicate with customers regarding Safety & Comfort Agreements SCA, payments, and any other communications as needed
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to build in customers and remove them as needed
- Communicate with technicians to help troubleshoot technology issues
- Process and upload customer credit card information into software as needed
- Assisting in taking overspill client calls from the Customer Service department as needed
- Assist is managing company property, including but not limited to : cell phones, iPads, GPS units
- Managing multiple Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms to ensure databases are accurate in conjunction with company property and personnel
- Managing the CRM platform to maintain accurate data on company property and personnel
- Report running on a weekly and monthly basis
- Deliver training on company technology to technicians after maintaining full understanding of the CRM
- Other administrative duties as assigned
The Internal Operations Assistant Will :
APPLICANT MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT FROM START TIME 7AM TO END TIME 6PM.
