We're looking for an Accounting Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of a lean, agile Finance Team.
As part of a growing company in its early stages, this role requires someone who is equally comfortable solving high-level challenges and performing routine tasks with speed, accuracy and a tech-savvy mindset.
Responsibilities of the Role:- Management of the general ledger (posts entries, maintains chart of accounts, codes transactions)
- Prepares balance sheet account reconciliations
- Assists the with the timely completion of the month-end and year-end close
- Prepares company financial statements and reports
- Performs financial statement review and account variance analysis
- Assists in budgeting and forecasting
- Performs accounts payable processing utilizing Bill.com
- Invoices wholesale accounts and manages accounts receivable
- Maintains fixed asset records
- Manages state and local use tax reporting, utilizing Avalara our sales tax reporting software
- Other duties and projects as assigned

- At least 3 years of work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and Google Suite
- Exposure to NetSuite or other ERP software
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
