Summertown Metals is looking for an individual for our Accounts Payable. This is a full-time position which includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, accident, cancer, critical illness, hospital indemnity, short term disability, life insurance, vacation and a 401K with a company match.
Job Description: Accounts Payable
Job duties include, but are not limited to
- Execute all aspects of the accounts payable function
o Maintain vendors list
o Receive invoices and route for approval
o Enter invoices into the ERP systems and process check runs
o Maintain filing system for all payments made
- Keeping accurate files of all accounts’ payable payments
- Taking the initiative in disputing/resolving vendor invoicing issues
- Other ad hoc requests as assigned
o Vendor credit applications
o Other projects as assigned
- Provide Support/Backup for accounts payable to Summertown Metals Construction/Contracting entities
- Assist with 1099s
