Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Daily evaluating construction projects, sales, and staff workload and redistribute work as needed.
- Search for weak areas in quality control, staff, sales, and communication. Create or provide tools to assist staff. Adjust as needed.
- Problem solve operational issues, look for cost savings and handle customer complaints as needed.
- Working with your team to set realistic targets to reach building construction capacity while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate. Report progress to management.
- Hold weekly meetings with STMC staff going over issues, sales, and vision.
- Maintain quality communication between STMC and STM.
- Staff morale is positive and team members feel supported at all times
- Project coordination ineffecienties are consistently decreased
- Customer compliments and satisfaction is consistently increased
- Profit goals are met or exceeded monthly
