We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about our services and products
- Retail Sales
- Handle requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and other areas as well as laundry
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservation management
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with Square point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
- Knowledge of electronic sales systems is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and payments
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries professionally
