Job Summary:
The Project Manager works with architects and company staff to set resourcing guidelines. The Project Manager also provides insight and enhancement strategy to project coordinators and key project stakeholders. Project Managers will be responsible for performing duties under minimal supervision and will be required to provide reports to Director of Operations-Cleared Delivery and VP-Cleared Delivery. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope, and maintenance of client billable time. Project Managers have the opportunity to be promoted to a Senior Project Manager based on exceeding work performance and process improvements made to PMO across multiple departments.
Essential Functions:
Coordinates and oversees project/program schedules for the Cleared Delivery team and understands the impacts to each project based on resource availability
Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities while monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects.
Track resource usage over time and per project type to gather relevant data. Coordinate with Cleared Delivery management and sales to provide input from the data for customer proposals, renewals, and other relevant sales and resource planning efforts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provides regular updates to the Director of Operations-Cleared Delivery, VP-Cleared Delivery, and to the Managing Consultants on key tasks and issues.
Attend and document periodic project management meetings and ensures all documents and presentations are ready for review in a timely manner.
Understands the various organizations involved in the project and their interests including, but not limited to, familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and other cleared Information Technology (IT) and Security processes.
Develops and maintains effective relationships with project team members, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
Independently tracks and completes tasks and follows up on open items via Service Now (SNOW). This includes the corporate SNOW for tracking projects and resources, and the government SNOW for tracking the RMF process and other project related items.
Follow-up on project related tracking in Jira Service Desk or SNOW service desk.
Responds proactively to requests for information from within the organization, clients, and other key stakeholders.
Document and maintain records of current project plans, schedules, travel, and other administrative functions. Document project processes, to include but not limited to, team and customer coordination processes.
Prepares and designs presentation-ready project reports using graphics and desktop publishing software; integrates word processing and spreadsheet files into reports. Prepares slides, overheads, and handouts for presentations or reports.
Coordinates conference calls and meetings; records meeting minutes as needed or follows up on and reviews meeting minutes recorded by another team member.
Provide strategy and leadership to the PMO processes.
Provide enhancement to project execution, timelines, and artifacts.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications
Required
Active Top Secret - SCI Security Clearance is required.
10 years project management experience.
Ability to assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner to meet the dynamic needs of the team.
Strong analytic and communication (oral and written) skills necessary to interact with all levels of management.
Attention to and precision with detail, comfort with financial data.
Ability to work independently and process quickly while prioritizing work activities based on management's needs.
Demonstrated experience in using computer-based tools including Visio, Project Professional, SharePoint, Office 2013 Suite, Web Conferencing software.
Experience with the government RMF process and related security processes.
Optional / Desired
Maintains a PMP certification.
Individual with energetic, can-do approach to work, seeks out additional work, and recommends ways to improve upon current activities.
Background in an IT or Consulting organization.
Basic understanding of information technology design and development.
Direct experience with Service Now (SNOW).

Work Conditions
Work is typically performed in a secure office environment with limited remote or hybrid type work. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. The person in this position may need to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. May occasionally need to position self to maintain computers, including under the desks and in the server closet. The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and clients. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these solutions.
