Essential Functions :
Responsible for handling, triaging, and working NOC tickets according to processes and proceduresMonitor and Manage client's servers, endpoints, and devicesAlert stakeholders for outages and service degradationEnsure client servers, endpoints, and devices maintain newest released patchesManage client backups for health; support remediation if issues ariseDocument and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the NOC TeamRemediate vulnerabilities as identified; familiarity with CVEs and CVSSResponsible for handling all proactive communications with clients and setting expectations during service outagesAdditional responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Required
Two (2) years of IT or related experience.Security CE Certification or IAT Level 2 equivalentAdministrative skills in several operating systems, such as Windows, Mac OS, Linux, Android, and iPhone OSProficient in Mobile Device Management (MDM)Basic networking, supporting, and monitoring of Firewalls, Switches, WAPS, endpoints, servers, etc.Administrative experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) ToolsAdministrative understanding of cloud technologies such as AzureExperience managing antivirus at an administrative levelStrong customer communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers and technical personnel in high stress situations.Ability to work independently and a strong desire for personal and professional developmentAbility to identify and evaluate trends in industry best practices and policiesAll candidates MUST BE a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass an extensive background check.
