Job Summary:
The Project Manager works with the Program Management Office team and technical team members to set resourcing guidelines. Project Managers will be responsible for performing duties under minimal supervision and will be required to provide reports to the Program Management Office, Director of Operations-Cleared Delivery and VP-Cleared Delivery. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope, client communication and maintenance of client billable time. Project Managers have the opportunity to be promoted to a Senior Project Manager based on exceeding work performance and process improvements made to PMO across multiple departments.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates and oversees project/program schedules for the Cleared Delivery team and understands the impacts to each project based on resource availability
- Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities while monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects.
- Track resource usage over time and per project type to gather relevant data. Coordinate with Cleared Delivery management and sales to provide input from the data for customer proposals, renewals, and other relevant sales and resource planning efforts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and software, such as ServiceNow or other project-based CRMs, and a strong command of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Proven ability to plan and execute all products including custom projects, establish clear objectives and timelines, and manage the project lifecycle to successful completion based on the contractual period of performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships, communicate project progress effectively, and manage client expectations.
- Skilled in handling client escalations and managing conflicts with a calm, solutions-oriented approach. Ability to de-escalate issues and address concerns to maintain positive client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and adapt communication style to fit the audience.
- High attention to detail to ensure project quality and compliance with organizational standards, with an emphasis on meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple delivery departments, understanding team capabilities and coordinating resources to align with project goals.

Job Specifications
Required
- Active Top Secret - SCI Security Clearance is required.
- 10 years project management experience.
- Ability to assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner to meet the dynamic needs of the team.
- Strong analytic and communication (oral and written) skills necessary to interact with all levels of management.
- Attention to and precision with detail, comfort with financial data.
- Ability to work independently and process quickly while prioritizing work activities based on management's needs.
- Demonstrated experience in using computer-based tools including Visio, Project Professional, SharePoint, Office 2013 Suite, Web Conferencing software.
- Experience with the government RMF process and related security processes.
Optional / Desired
- Maintains a PMP certification.
- Individual with energetic, can-do approach to work, seeks out additional work, and recommends ways to improve upon current activities.
- Background in an IT or Consulting organization.
- Basic understanding of information technology design and development.
- Direct experience with Service Now (SNOW).
Work Conditions
Work is typically performed in a secure office environment with limited remote or hybrid type work. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. The person in this position may need to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. May occasionally need to position self to maintain computers, including under the desks and in the server closet. The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and clients. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these solutions.
