Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teachers to identify students requiring additional support and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Implement instructional strategies that accommodate diverse learning styles and needs within the classroom.
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to reinforce academic concepts and skills.
- Monitor student progress through assessments and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and strategies for support at home.
- Utilize learning technologies and resources, including Library services and Learning Management Systems (LMS), to enhance educational experiences.
- Educate staff on best practices for working with students with disabilities, promoting an inclusive classroom culture.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on trends in special education and intervention strategies.
Skills
