Job Description
Summary/Objective The Director of Human Resources (Director, HR) supports the mission of Summit Academy Management by providing operational leadership and strategic oversight for key areas of Human Resources. The Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR department, focusing on talent management, employee relations, professional development, compliance, and HR policies. This position will contribute to building an exceptional workplace environment that supports both student success and staff engagement.

· Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure hiring of qualified personnel and maintain employee satisfaction.
· Compensation & Benefits: Monitor the fairness and equity of compensation and benefits structures and recommend improvements where necessary.
· Policy Development & Compliance: Develop, revise, and enforce personnel policies and procedures aligned with federal, state, and local regulations.
· Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations through conflict resolution, morale-building initiatives, and by addressing workplace concerns.
