This Healthcare Leadership Position involves leading an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for supervising and guiding nursing staff, overseeing daily operations, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Required Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced nursing professional with a valid state nursing license, advanced degree or certification preferred, and experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting. You should have a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
