FPC National Overview: As a leading manufacturer, FPC National prides itself on producing top-quality products. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Operations Manager to lead our site operations team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead site Manufacturing Operations teams
  • Collaborate with Quality and Engineering departments on process improvements and audits
  • Publish key performance indicators (KPIs)

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 7 years of management experience in manufacturing
  • High-speed manufacturing expertise
  • Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma certification
  • MBA degree
  • Experience in plastic molding or complex product assembly
