The Rental Tech fits and rents mountain bikes, helmets, knee, elbow and chest protectors with a smile, does basic repairs and adjustments on mountain bike equipment while providing excellent guest service.
Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long.

Wage And Benefit Info
The wage range for this positions is: from $20.30 to $22.30
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.

Responsibilities
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Safely fit Bikes and rider protective equipment to customers.
- Responsible for renting bikes out and checking them in using the inventory computer system
- Demonstrate to the customer how the bike functions if needed.
- Performs basic maintenance and adjustments on bikes.
- Be able to complete liability & rental forms with legible penmanship and using the inventory scanners.
What we are looking for:
- Consistent attendance with excellent work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work variable hours depending upon seasonal conditions
- Strong customer service orientation (good with people)
- Minimum 18 years of age
