At SUMMIT BECHTEL RESERVE, we believe that our staff are the backbone of our operation. That's why we're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as OA Summit Experience Foremen. As a key member of our Program Team, you will be responsible for leading groups of participants through our OASE program, supporting teams in the field, and instructing participants on proper and safe trail building techniques.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• 21 years of age or older
• Member of the Order of the Arrow
• Must have or be able to obtain Red Cross Standard First Aid and CPR Certifications
• Preferred: Trail building experience
• Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
• Be or become a registered member of Scouting America
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead groups of participants through the OASE program
• Support groups in the field when you are not assigned to a crew
• Instruct participants on proper and safe trail building
• Monitor the general health and safety of the participants
• Work with OASE and Summit leadership to address any issues that might arise
• Comfortable in remote setting for extended periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area
• Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership
• Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook
Performance Results:
• Completes contract period with 2-4 positive experiences
• Receive one or more Staff Appreciation Cards from staff or participants
• Contribute at least one improvement to the OASE program
• Provide at least one memorable moment that matters to a participant
