Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Thrasher Mountain Manager to lead our skateboarding and BMX programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting a positive team environment, and ensuring the safety of all participants.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Preferred: Experience teaching or riding skateboarding or BMX.
- Preferred: Experience maintaining skateboards or bikes.
- Preferred: Experience maintaining skateparks or BMX tracks.
- Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work-related communication and coordination.
- Be or become a registered member of Scouting America.
Physical Requirements
- Up to 8 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Can pass the physical exam and approved for SBR height and weight requirements.
