Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee our field quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality management of Insulated Metal panels and Pre- engineered buildings, including quality inspections, audits, and project management. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring that they meet all regulatory requirements.
Duties
- Lead and manage the quality control process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality jobsite inspections to ensure manufacture standards are met.
- Analyze data from quality inspections and audits to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems that align with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to senior management.
- Oversee training programs for staff on quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting quality control processes.
Requirements
- Metal building manufacture or erector experience.
- Insulated metal panel experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences).
- Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, quality inspection techniques, and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
