Reports To: Vice President of Center of Learning

Overall responsibility:
The COL Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing Center of Learning (COL) projects to meet the clients objectives while aligning with the companys overall goals. This role collaborates both internally and externally to ensure the successful completion of delivery of projects and contributes to managing client relationships.
Key tasks:
- Develop and execute project timelines, milestones and deliverables, ensuring they align with established project SOW.
- Facilitate regular status updates and follow-ups with stakeholders and clients.
- Develop and maintain agendas, meeting minutes and project plans.
- Collaborate with Vice President of COL and Business Development representative to develop rate card and SOW of prospective project.
- Maintain department documentation, including SharePoint file organization.
- Prepare budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring all costs align with project SOW.
- Generate and update departmental SOPs and other operational documentation for Center of Learning (COL).
- Lead the development and execution of projects.
- Manage project logistics and oversee setup and breakdown.
- Other department tasks may be assigned as needed.
- Develop, format and/or design creative and visually engaging content (i.e., presentations, reports) that align with project deliverables
- Ensure brand consistency across internal and external materials, including PowerPoint decks, social media assets, client-facing documents, promotional and/or non-promotional content.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for strategizing in the development and implementation of content (i.e., scientific) and ensure a strong and cohesive visual identity.
Requirements:
- Degree in Science/Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical sciences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to write documentation and understand, interact, and communicate effectively with others.
- Must demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Domestic and international travel may be required.
- Highly motivated & agile.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Browsers, and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
