What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operation Manager position at Summit Commercial Cleaning Services?
Responsibilities:
· Complete all in person Safety training and Inspections or each account in the territory.
· Conduct all hiring, interviews, and initial processes of the hiring segment.
· Handle all uniforms and supply ordering.
· Make sure all employees are in full and complete uniform.
· Submit daily all Incident reports for all happenings in the territory.
· Be onsite to document each WC incident and report to Telenurse procedures.
· Interface with payroll on all payroll issues, payroll reporting and schedule changes reported to you.
· Work closely with the Operations Manager on any support needed for porters and sites
· Work closely with Site Supervisors, and service team members to ensure all shifts are covered and a quality of services are being delivered to each of our customers.
· Assist in any administrative and operational needs of the San Diego territory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,500.00 - $5,560.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
