The primary location for this opportunity is at Boulder Crossroads Apartments, a beautiful 330-unit renovated community located at 7500 Dakin St, Denver, CO 80221
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve electrical issues.
- Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly.
- Complete maintenance make-ready sheets as assigned.
- Turn vacant apartments.
- The ability to sweat pipes, service furnaces, hot water heaters, and troubleshoot boilers is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Respond to after-hour calls and emergency situations.
- Always represent the company in a professional manner.
- Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned.
This role may have physical demands, including but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
