Position Summary:
The IT Helpdesk Technician supports the day-to-day technology operations across Elevated Community Health's primary and ancillary locations. This position is responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining end-user devices, diagnosing software and hardware issues across multiple platforms, and ensuring the seamless operation of user accounts and systems through regular audits and proactive troubleshooting. The Technician provides responsive, solution-focused support to staff, helping to ensure timely access to systems and tools essential to care delivery.

Essential Functions:
- Repair and maintain hardware.
- Inventory and asset management.
- Software troubleshooting.
- Managing user accounts and permissions.
- Manage and resolve all help desk support tickets.
- Supporting ancillary sites.
- Basic network troubleshooting.
- Anti-virus monitoring and management.
- Reporting/auditing of users and systems.
- License management.
- Other tasks may be assigned.
- Management of telehealth services.
Additional Requirements:
- Grants are vital to Care Clinic revenues and directly or indirectly support all positions. This role may have responsibilities that are closely associated with grant deliverables. Grants and grant responsibilities may change over Time.
- Complete all required training as designated by HR and the position supervisor.

Education/Experience:
Must Haves to be successful:
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience cloning machines and master images.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Ability to set up/troubleshoot audiovisual solutions.
- Strong aptitude to prioritize issues.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

- Ability to exercise independent judgment, self-directed, and organized.

Nice to Haves:
- A certification preferred.
- Three years of experience as a PC technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Management of Active Directory and Office 365 preferred.
