What are the responsibilities and job description for the SWA/SSA - Social Services position at Summit County Children Services?

SCCS currently has multiple openings for SWA/SSA in our Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline.
A associate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Child and Family Development, Human Development and Family Studies, or other human services related field is required for this position.
Two (2) years’ experience working directly with families and/or children in a human services or childcare setting.
The salary may differ based on the candidate’s education and relevant work experience. The compensation is designed to recognize the value of qualifications and experience, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the agency.
Shifts available: Monday - Friday; 9am to 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
