Local floor installation company is hiring for a Business Developer.
The Business Development Role is multi-faceted and will include sales duties as well as overseeing the activities and performance of your sales admin by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of your salespeople. This role will support both internal staff as well as clients.

Education
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree or applicable work experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Analyze and monitor internal processes
- Communicate and implement sales priorities for the executive team.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the sales staff.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Coordinating the lead generation.
- Locate opportunities to expand client base.
- Network with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to the company
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Meet with existing clients to discuss services offered.
- Work to foster lasting relationships with client base.
- Assist in designing marketing and promotional materials both in print and online.
DUTIES AND TASKS: This position will play a central role in the day-to-day sales operations for the company.
- Solid organizational and project management skills including ability to establish priorities, navigate back and forth between multiple tasks/priorities and strong detailed execution.
