We are seeking a dynamic and creative Business Development/Marketing Specialist to join our team in a hands-on, field-based role. This position is essential for driving brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and supporting our marketing initiatives across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both digital and traditional marketing, with a readiness to travel between our locations to build connections and represent our brand directly within our communities. (Potential for $25,000 in bonus annually)
Duties
Location: Sallisaw, Grove, McAlester, Broken Arrow, Sand Springs (This position requires in-person engagement and travel across all locations routinely)
- Conduct regular visits to other medical offices to promote our services, patient care standards, and unique offerings.
- Coordinate follow-up communications to reinforce connections and foster ongoing patient referrals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive, location-specific marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print advertising.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a healthcare or medical setting.
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess campaign performance.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
- Experience with print advertising and traditional marketing methods is a plus.
- Ability to travel between practice locations and visit other medical offices as needed.
- Background in healthcare provider outreach or referral development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail.
