About the Role:
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization. You will be responsible for providing logistical support to our operations team, managing drivers and ensuring shuttles remain on time. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with other departments to ensure all operations align with our company's goals and objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations for a Ground Transportation Company (shuttle, black car service)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Operations Managers at our Avon, CO location.
- Coordinate and collaborate with our Dispatch Team to ensure the Shuttles and Privates rides depart the county on time and with all guests.
- Assist with Transfer help when needed.
- Guide and answer questions for your team in Avon.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the operations manager. Off Season would resume regular Guest Service Driver responsibilities.
Requirements
* Drivers must possess a valid driver's license and have no traffic violations on their Motor Vehicle Record within the last 3 years
* Be at least 25 years of age
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs
* Must be able to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) Physical Exam - company-paid
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen to include marijuana
* Winter Driver Experience required for November - April employment
