Job Summary
The Mid-Market Account Manager will be responsible for managing frontline communication with our customers and re-establishing relationships with customers who have used us in the past. You will do this by taking inbound calls from current customers, managing regular touchpoints with current accounts, and working to recapture business from customers no longer renting. Our Mid-Market Account Manager team works with the Mid-Market Account Executive team to manage all accounts with less than 25 trucks on rent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Business Development:
•        Build and maintain relationships with active accounts across industries and regions
•        Manage regular touchpoints with customers reviewing their fleet, forecast needs, and account specific follow-ups
•        Develop a strong understanding of the company's fleet rental offerings and value proposition to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients
•        Conduct regular video meetings and trainings with customers or previous customers

Relationship Management:
•        Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, acting as their main point of contact for all fleet rental inquiries
•        Conduct needs analysis to understand clients' specific requirements and challenges
•        Offer customized fleet rental solutions that align with clients' business goals and maximize value for their organizations
•        Provide exceptional customer service and support to achieve and maintain a 75% retention rate

Sales Strategy and Execution:
•        Collaborate with the sales team and execute comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets within the mid-market segment
•        Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to create sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
•        Present and demonstrate fleet rental solutions to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns effectively

Sales Pipeline Management:
•        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the Salesforce system
•        Monitor and manage customer portfolio, ensuring timely follow-ups and forecast projections

Collaboration:
•        Collaborate with the Account Executives and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients
•        Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills
•        Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
•        Ability to communicate in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors, customers and company contacts
•        Motivated self-starter with the ability to perform the above duties with little supervision
•        Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment along with organization under expected timelines
•        Team-player who works well with all internal departments
•        Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in fleet management, rental, or related industries
•        Experience selling to mid-market clients and managing complex sales cycles
•        Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
•        Excellent organizational and time management skills
•        Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Education and/or Experience
•        High School Diploma required
•        A minimum of 1 year Customer service experience
•        A minimum of 1 year Sales experience
•        Good organizational and time-management skills
•        Salesforce CRM Experience a plus
