Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all functions of the food service department and its resources.
- Lead and develop a team of associates, including hiring and training new employees.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to ensure that culinary, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
- Budget for department expenses, including purchasing ingredients and managing accounts.
- Collaborate with district managers and other departments to address technical and administrative aspects of dining service.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
- Previous experience with industrial cooking.
- Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives.
- The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction.
