Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plant Technician to join our cultivation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in irrigation, cultivation, harvesting, and processing of cannabis plants while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in plant care and cultivation techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily tasks related to the care and maintenance of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning,and transplanting.
- Monitor plant health and identify any signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cultivation, irrgation, harvesting, and post-harvest processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and tracking of plant growth stages.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs precisely.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
