Summit Handling Systems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Service Department. This role involves coordinating service requests, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the Service Manager in daily operations.
Salary Range : 22-27 per hour.
General Duties and Responsibilities :
- Process technicians' timecards accurately and promptly.
- Manage Work in Process (WIP) and ensure timely updates.
- Organize and maintain service department paperwork, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
- Prepare and send invoices for completed work orders while maintaining service records and customer details.
- Create and manage maintenance contracts.
- Monitor and track preventive maintenance (PMs).
- Handle service calls via phone and email professionally.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and team.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory.
