As a Provider Recruiter (Hybrid), you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of healthcare providers. You will leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential providers, effectively communicate our value proposition, and ultimately secure partnerships that enhance our service offerings. This role requires a blend of talent sourcing, recruitment strategies, and business development acumen, all while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

Source and identify potential healthcare providers through various channels, including online databases, professional networks, and industry events.

Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract & retain top talent in the healthcare industry.

Conduct initial screening and interviews with potential providers to assess their qualifications and suitability for our network.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with providers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the recruitment process, utilizing applicant tracking systems and other tools.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding of new providers.

Proactively identify and address potential challenges in the recruitment process, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Expected to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment role.

Expected to have a proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals.

Expected to have a thorough knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

Expected to have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential providers.
