What the position looks like : We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing & business development team. It will involve coordinating marketing tasks, managing day-to-day digital and traditional marketing activities, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns both internal and external including management of digital media channels and creation of content.
  • Collect and organize data including KPIs and SEO data.
  • Assist in the design / production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
  • Order and manage inventory of branded materials including apparel and collateral.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning.
  • Assist the organization at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency with marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience in content creation & design.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with ability to multitask.
  • Experience in health care is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs.
